Happy Birthday To You

Hi there!  Happy Tuesday!  Hope you are having a good week so far!  Do you have fun plans for the New Year's Eve celebration? It's typically pretty quiet around here and I haven't even made it to midnight in recent years!  Anyway, it's my turn today to post some inspiration on the Digi Bells blog.  We are winding down the year and looking forward to lots more inspiration in 2015!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned papers are from the Authentique Spring 6x6 paper pad.  The sweet image is Li'l Lynda's Piano Forte from the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.  I colored it with my Copics and framed it with a Spellbinders die cut.  A triple-loop pink satin bow, some ornate lace and a bunch of Wild Orchid Crafts Roses with a pearl spray finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

B sure to visit the Digi Bells blog every day for wonderful inspiration from the DT and GDT with the adorable images from the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection!

Have a fun New Year's Eve and see you soon!

Sketch Saturday #341

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  It is pouring down rain here and it's supposed to be like this all weekend.  It's guess it's another weekend for indoor activities. Before getting on with my day, I am here with my DT post for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.  We are sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts and the prize is a £10 gift certificate for the Bunny Zoe's Crafts shop.

Here is this week's sketch, designed by Debra:

And here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Gumball Green and the patterned papers are from the Recollections Bright Christmas 6x6 pad.  I created the fun Winter scene by merging two digis from Make it Crafty: Jasmine Hot Chocolate and Winter Seat.  I printed the merged image on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I airbrushed the sky with Copic B12.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I didn't add any more embellishments so the scene was the main focus.

Here is a close-up of the scene:

Lissy Bee Stamps Debut

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a great weekend and your week is off to a terrific start!  I've got something very exciting to share today!  Today is the day for the debut of Elisabeth Bell's newest line of stamps and we are celebrating with a fun blog hop! The Lissy Bee Stamps DT will be showcasing the first release of Lissy Bee Stamps and you are going to absolutely love them! There are 6 darling stamps in this first release and each DT member will be showing two of them. We are all so excited about Elisabeth Bell's new venture and after you see the new stamps, we're sure you will be, too!

What's a blog hop without prizes, right? Of course, we have prizes! Be sure to leave a comment at every stop along the way.  Your final stop will be to visit the "Queen Bee" herself at Elisabeth Bell's own blog. When you get there, leave her some love and let her know what you think of her new stamps!  We will pick ONE lucky winner who will win THREE stamps of their choice from the new "Bee My Friend" collection, PLUS a digital stamp of their choice from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection. In addition, two lucky commenters will be chosen at random from two of the DT's blogs and they will win ONE stamp of their choice.  You have until Thursday, December 18th at 7:00 PM Arizona time to complete the hop and leave your comments.  The winners will be announced on the Digi Bells blog on Friday, December 19th.  Let's get hopping!

You should have arrived at my blog from the wonderful Lynda's blog.  If not, you should start back at the Digi Bells blog and hop from there so you don't miss a single gorgeous creation!
